With 240,000 visitors each year, Dour Festival is the biggest festival ─ and also the largest tourist attraction─ in Wallonia, Belgium. Dour Festival is all about making exciting discoveries and unique experiences, which is why Dour has been leading in the development of the ultimate festival experience for almost three decades. In order to continue to push the boundaries in that area, a future-proof digital strategy has been developed in collaboration with Paylogic.
Together, we have developed an online shop that completely matches their own look & feel, and that goes way beyond merely showing and selling entrance tickets. It offers a complete shopping journey for the visitor. That same online festival environment now also shows camping and hotel options which the visitor can book. Additionally, a variety of services is offered: from merchandise to shuttle availabilities. Visitors can experience an optimal flow and are offered the complete service available.
